Public Satisfaction Survey and Index
As a manifestation of our commitment to providing excellent public service, this survey was conducted to assess satisfaction levels, gather suggestions and input, and identify areas for improvement to achieve higher-quality service.
Survey Results and Public Satisfaction Index
As part of its efforts to improve service quality, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Agriculture, Diponegoro University (FPP UNDIP) conducted a Public Satisfaction Survey regarding the services provided. The survey results showed a public satisfaction rating of 3.7, indicating “Very Satisfied” with the services provided.
This survey measured the following key indicators:
- Service Information – Available through electronic and non-electronic media so that it is easily accessible to service users.
- Completion Timeframe – Services are received in accordance with the time standards set by the service unit.
- Consultation and Complaints Services – Easy to use and access for students, lecturers, education staff, and the general public.
- Service Officer Behavior – The politeness and friendliness of officers has been rated well by service users.
- Service Requirements – Information on the service requirements provided is in accordance with applicable provisions.
- Response Speed – Service officers and online service systems respond to user needs quickly.
- Service Procedures/Flow – Easy to follow and implemented in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Supporting Facilities & Infrastructure – The services and systems available provide ease and convenience in use.
- Service Rates/Fees – The service fees paid are in accordance with the stipulated provisions.
The results of this survey motivate FPP UNDIP to continuously improve service quality, ensure ease of access, and provide the best possible experience for all stakeholders. We are committed to maintaining and improving public satisfaction with the services we provide.
